The Process
Step One
After you fill out our form, we’ll have a Discovery Call to see if we’re in alignment and how we can elevate your nonprofit.
Step Two
Once we decide we’re a fit, you’ll get a detailed proposal for our work together and sign a contract. This will make you an official partner!
Step Three
This is the fun part– we’ll have a vision meeting where we create your tailored strategy for getting your brand in front of more eyes, more donor engagement, and long-term growth. Then, we put it into action.

Our consulting process timeline will vary depending on your selected service(s).
- Storytelling & Marketing Retainer: Most clients sign a year-long contract. We’ll provide the requested services for one year. This starts on the first date of your first month. For example, if we meet for a Vision Meeting on Dec. 15, we will provide support from Jan. 1 until Dec. 31. We will renew your contract by default unless you express a different intention.
- Website Refresh: On average, our website projects take 2-3 months. Depending on your needs, we can expedite or extend that timeline.
- Branding & Graphic Design: Most projects can be delivered within a couple of weeks. Some may take a little longer depending on the number of revisions needed.
