& MARKETING

Storytelling is one of the most impactful ways to attract and motivate donors, supporters and volunteers. We walk alongside you to help tell the story of who you are and who you serve, how your organization is making a difference and how others can be a part of your organization’s journey in fulfilling its mission.

“Sunny and her team helped us drive engagement on social platforms, attract new members, grow our audience, and increase
brand awareness. Sunny set ambitious marketing goals for us and worked hard with her team to achieve them. They brought a
creative and innovative approach to marketing that not only helped us grow, but also helped our team think outside the box.”
Meg Chamblee, Immediate Past President, Women in Technology of Tennessee

When Women in Technology of Tennessee (WiTT) came to Catalyst Collective, its board was seeking engagement online, new members and increased brand awareness. Through strategic planning and innovative content, WiTT has recruited members and event attendees through its social media. WiTT has gained over 1,000 followers on LinkedIn, engagement has increased 20% across all platforms and the newsletter open rate has grown from 20% to over 50%.
Relying on a “post-when-you-can” model, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee (BBBSMT) has thrived since its start with Catalyst Collective. Through effective awareness communication and strategic planning, the BBBSMT social media presence has recruited mentors and event attendees. In April 2023, BBBSMT was named the benefiting organization of the Purity Moosic City Dairy Dash. Thanks in part to email and social media communications, over 1,500 runners registered — the highest since 2019.
One of our long-standing contacts, The Family Center has elevated its online presence and seen an increase in engagement. Catalyst Collective has provided capacity-building marketing services that focus on mission relevant and equity-sensitive topics that The Family Center itself would post about given more time in the day. As the organization has continued to grow, Catalyst Collective has supported The Family Center through countless fundraising and marketing campaigns.
In fall 2022, Nashville Parks Foundation hosted its first-ever fundraiser, Picnic for the Parks. This picnic dinner included a tour of historic Fort Negley, drinks and live entertainment. Catalyst Collective served as the marketing coordinator for Picnic for the Parks, producing press releases, flyers, website and social media promotion. The inaugural event was sold out a week prior to the event. This successful event supported the organization’s mission, and the next event has been planned for September of this year.
